Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ (LVR™) is a trade marked term indicating a specific surgical technique developed and perfected by Dr. David Matlock of Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Allan trained with Dr. Matlock in 2001 to bring this specialized technique to Canada. Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ uses laser technology to combine gynecologic and plastic surgery techniques to cosmetically modify the vagina and vulva. Whether your goals are to change the appearance of the vagina or vulva, decrease discomfort or address changes in sexual sensation, Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ is a choice only you can make for yourself. While women come to the Allan Centre for many purposes, those who choose Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ typically do so for the following reasons:

Cosmetic Concerns

Some women may want to change the appearance of their vagina, vulva or labia, or feel that their labia get in the way of everyday activity. Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ can change the look of a woman's vagina and vulva.

Improving Vaginal Tightness

Women may naturally have less vaginal tightness than they would like, or may notice changes due to childbirth, trauma or the natural aging process. Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ can address these concerns.

Changes Since Having Children

Many women tell us that 'things have changed' since having children.  This may be a change in sexual sensation, sexual satisfaction or enjoyable sexual relations with their partner.  Dr. Allan and his staff will discuss these issues with you. Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ may be one option to help you address these changes.

There are both surgical and non-surgical options to address your cosmetic and sexual health & wellness concerns.
